Community Partnerships
Community Partnerships
At NJP Electrical Services, community is part of how we work as a family-owned business. It includes our team, apprentices, families, local schools, sporting clubs and the organisations helping young people build confidence, discipline and direction.
For NJP, success should be measured by more than the projects we deliver. It should also be measured by the people we support, the opportunities we help create and the role we can play in helping people grow beyond the job site.
Our community partnerships are one way we live The NJP Way. They reflect our commitment to backing people, building confidence and supporting organisations that make a genuine difference in the lives of others.
Why Community Matters
As a family-owned commercial electrical contractor based in Jandakot, NJP works with teams, clients, suppliers and local businesses across Perth. That day-to-day work relies on trust, reliability and long-term relationships. These are the same qualities we look for in the community partnerships we support.
For NJP, giving back means supporting organisations that create structure, confidence and opportunity for young people. We support people and organisations that share our values: discipline, respect, resilience, accountability, teamwork and care.
Whether we are helping apprentices learn their trade, supporting families or backing young people through sport and mentoring, the goal is the same: to invest in people.
That is what The NJP Way is all about.
Featured Community Partner
Rampage Muay Thai
NJP Electrical Services is proud to support Rampage Muay Thai and its fight team, including the direct sponsorship of fighter Deegan Patrick.
Rampage Muay Thai is more than a fight gym. It is a place where children, teenagers and young adults can train in a safe, structured and supportive environment while developing skills that extend far beyond the gym floor.
This partnership also has a personal connection. Deegan has been a close friend of Nick Pratt’s son, Riley, since their school days together at Peter Carnley Anglican Community School.
Supporting Deegan and the Rampage team is not just a business decision for NJP. It is a way to back a young person we know, believe in and want to see succeed.
In 2026, NJP entered a 12-month sponsorship with Rampage Muay Thai. The partnership supports the gym and helps Deegan with fight camp preparation, including custom fight shorts, wraps, tape, massage therapy and a sponsor banner at the gym.
The practical support matters, but the bigger reason behind the partnership is the role Rampage plays in helping young people grow.
More Than a Fight Gym
Muay Thai teaches far more than technique. At Rampage, young people are learning discipline, confidence, respect, resilience and accountability.
- They learn how to listen.
- They learn how to show up.
- They learn how to work hard, stay focused and keep going when things get difficult.
For young athletes, that kind of environment can make a real difference. It gives them routine, experienced coaching and a community that expects effort, respect and accountability.
That is the kind of development NJP wants to support, both inside and outside the business.
Just like an apprenticeship, training takes commitment. Progress does not happen overnight. It comes from turning up consistently, learning from experienced people, taking feedback and building the confidence to keep improving.
That shared belief in mentoring and development is one of the reasons this partnership feels like such a natural fit.
Why This Partnership Fits NJP
At NJP, we believe in building people as well as projects.
That belief starts within our own business, where NJP supports apprentices, team members and long-term career development.
The same values we see in a strong apprentice are the same values Rampage helps develop in its young athletes: discipline, respect, resilience, preparation and pride in doing things properly.
This partnership also reflects who we are as a family business. NJP has seen how much difference positive role models, structure and encouragement can make for young people.
Partnering with Rampage Muay Thai allows us to support a local environment where young people can stay active, disciplined, connected and encouraged. It is a way to back young people, support local families and recognise the organisations quietly doing meaningful work in the community every day.
Growing With Our Community
Rampage Muay Thai is the first featured partnership on this page, which is designed to grow as NJP supports more community initiatives over time.
This page will continue to share the people, organisations and initiatives NJP supports across our community. Future stories may include:
- Apprentice development
- Schools and mentoring
- Local sporting clubs
- Charity and community projects
- Environmental sustainability initiatives
- Other partnerships that align with NJP’s values
Each story will be different, but the reason behind them will stay the same.
NJP does more than deliver electrical work. Through apprenticeships, community partnerships, schools, local clubs, sustainability initiatives and charity projects, we want to support people and communities in practical ways.
That is The NJP Way.
Supporting People. Building Futures.
We are proud to support Rampage Muay Thai and the young people who train, learn and grow through its programs.
As NJP continues to grow, we look forward to supporting more organisations that create opportunity, structure and connection for young people and local families.
