Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently engaged NJP Electrical Services and was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and quality of service provided. Nick, the director, is a highly experienced and knowledgeable professional who takes genuine pride in his work. From the outset, he was prompt in responding to enquiries and even came in person to meet and greet at the property, which was a thoughtful and reassuring touch.

Nick took the time to assess the job, offer practical suggestions, and clearly explain what needed to be done—even for someone without technical knowledge. His friendly and helpful manner made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

The team sent to complete the electrical repairs were equally professional, efficient, and respectful. The work was completed to a high standard, on time, and at a very reasonable cost.

Throughout the project, Nick remained easily accessible, always returning missed calls and patiently addressing any queries. His commitment to customer service is truly commendable.

I highly recommend NJP Electrical Services to anyone seeking reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly electrical professionals. It’s rare to find such exceptional service these days.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I did patio lightings and a ceiling fan with Nick. He gave me good recommendations and professional advise on the number of lights needed for the space, their power consumption and answered various questions I had in a friendly and professional manner.

The staffs Jarrod and Matt who installed it on the day were polite, knowledgeable, communicate well and professional. They also gave me some good advise on other electrical work I have planned to do around the patio but not yet started. That saved me going on some silly paths had I not talked to Jarrod. I appreciate that.

I got a few other quotes on the same ceiling fan installation and their price is very competitive, not the cheapest but close.

Fair price and good professional work! I'd highly recommend them!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great company to deal with. On time, professional and friendly. Installed light, fans and some GPO's in our new patio. Zero mess left. Highly recommend this company. Have just used NJP for the third time, this time to install a fan in a bedroom. Same great service, arrived exactly on time, were professional, helpful, clean, tidy and polite. My new favourite contractor. Well done!
