How do I go about booking a job?
It’s easy! Simply email, fax or call our office to arrange a time and day that suits you. Alternatively, jump online and use our online booking system. One of our helpful team will call you to arrange a suitable time for the work to take place and answer any questions that you may have. If you’d like to add any details to the job including notes, photos, videos etc, you can simply attach them to your job booking.
Do I have to pay on the day?
No! We don’t expect payment until the job is done and you’re happy! Once the job is finished our tradesman will forward the job details back through to the office for approval from our Director. Once Nick is happy the invoice is then sent to you, giving you 7 days to pay it. We have a variety of payment options available including bank transfer (EFT), Cheque and Credit card facilities.
Am I covered by any accidental damage caused by NJP?
You sure are! Of course it’s very rare that damage is incurred but in the off chance, we are fully insured for public liability and workers compensation. Copies of these are available request.
Do I have to pay for a quote?
Of course not! We offer no-obligation free written advice and quotes. Whether or not you decide to proceed is completely up to you.
Will I get a safety certificate at the completion of my job?
Yes, NJP Electrical electricians are licensed and therefore will issue each client with a completed safety certificate for every installation that requires one. These will be sent out with your invoice.
Am I protected by warranty?
- All electrical installations come with a lifetime workmanship guarantee. Also all equipment supplied and installed by NJP Electrical Services come with a 12 month replacement warranty.
- Here at NJP we treat any warranty with as much importance as a new job and therefore no delays are made unnecessarily.
- For NJP’s full terms and conditions please contact us and we will be more than happy to send a PDF copy through to you.
- NJP are fully insured including all motor vehicles, workers compensation and public liability to the value of $20 million. All certificates of currency are available if you require.
