Switchboard Replacement & Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade

NJP Electrical Workspace

Completed

January 2026

Walliston Primary School
PROJECT OVERVIEW

NJP Electrical Workspace delivered a staged switchboard replacement and electrical infrastructure upgrade at Walliston Primary School for Programmed Facility Management, under Safeway Construction, within a live operational school environment.

The project involved modification of the existing Site Main Switchboard and full replacement of the Senior Block Building Main Switchboard, including new submains, underground reticulation and complete reconnection of existing circuits.

The upgrade was completed to increase available electrical capacity and allow for the installation of additional split system air-conditioning units across the school. All works were undertaken during the December–January shutdown period to ensure zero disruption to school operations.

Project 2
Delivery Approach
