Scope of Works:
Remove High Level dissolved gas found during Annual Oil Testing for 2 x 1 Mega Watt Transformers – Stage One TX1 and TX2
- Isolate HV to Transformer
- Provide all HV and Transformer SWMS and Switching program
- Provide Specialized Transformer Oil Filtration Plant and Hoses
- Provide separate 100KVA Generator for Oil Filtration
- Provide labour to open Transformer on isolation and carry out filtration
- Test Transformer oil on completion and provide new oil sample report on completion
HV Transformer Isolation and Oil Sampling for 22KV Transformers TX1 and TX2
- Attend Property
- Isolate the Stage One TX2 – 22Kv Transformer
- Conduct an Independent Inspection and Transformer Oil Testing
- Re-energise after sample.
- Provide Transformer Testing report and Independent Report and recommendation for Repair or replacement.
